Victoria Huell is the Founder Director of Ocean Code Home Care LLC, a non-medical home care agency in Massachusetts established in September 2023. Driven by faith and compassion, she believes caregiving is both a calling and a responsibility, committed to ensuring dignity, respect, and quality care for all clients. Victoria’s journey began when she witnessed families struggling to reliable, respectful, and culturally sensitive support. This inspired her to create an agency that prioritizes individualized attention and compassionate care, embodying the principle that everyone deserves patience and understanding.
