Victoria Huell is the Founder and Director of Ocean Code Home Care LLC, a non-medical home care agency in Massachusetts established in September 2023. Driven by faith and compassion, she believes caregiving is both a calling and a responsibility, committed to ensuring dignity, respect, and quality care for all clients. Victoria’s journey began when she witnessed families struggling to reliable, respectful, and culturally sensitive support.
